汽车内饰材料气味的用户嗅觉体验测评及装置

摘要: 为改善汽车内饰气味用户嗅觉体验的愉悦度,提出了一种汽车内饰工业设计材料气味用户嗅觉体验测试评选方法,并设计了相关装置。分析了用户嗅觉感知体验测试原理,构建了基于用户嗅觉体验的气味评价指标体系,建立了用户嗅觉体验模糊综合测评模型。以汽车座椅设计材料气味用户体验测试评选为例,招募20名被试对象对来自4家供应商的座椅材料进行用户嗅觉体验测试,通过评价模型对实验数据进行了验算,选出了气味最优的汽车座椅材料方案。

Abstract: To improve the pleasure of user's olfactory sensation experiences in automobile interior design,an automobile interior industrial material odor evaluation and selection method and device were proposed based on user smell perception experience. Firstly,the principles of user smell perception experiences were analysed. Then,the evaluation index system was constructed based on user's smell experiences. The triangular fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of user's smell perception experiences was established. The automobile seat material odor user experience testing was used as an example, and 20 subjects were recruited for the user smell experience test experiments of four car seat leather materials from different manufacturers. The experimental data was calculated by the evaluation model to select the optimal car interior smell of leather material,and inspection and analysis were carried out on the model.
