摘要:

利用有限元方法完成了整体成形碟形波纹管的刚度及稳定性计算并进行了试验验证。结果表明整体成形碟形波纹管的刚度及稳定性均显示强非线性特征。运用非线性有限元方法得到的结果和试验数据具有良好的一致性,能够较好地模拟碟形波纹管的临界失稳压力及失稳形态。

Abstract:

This paper carried out the calculation of the stiffness and stability of V-shaped metal bellow through finite element method and testified with experiments. Results show that the stiffness and stability of V-shaped metal bellow are of very strong nonlinearity. The calculation through non-linear finite element method consists with experimental results. Non-linear finite element model is suitable to simulate the critical pressure and buckling modal of V-shaped metal bellow.
