This paper carried out the calculation of the stiffness and stability of V-shaped metal bellow through finite element method and testified with experiments. Results show that the stiffness and stability of V-shaped metal bellow are of very strong nonlinearity. The calculation through non-linear finite element method consists with experimental results. Non-linear finite element model is suitable to simulate the critical pressure and buckling modal of V-shaped metal bellow.
