针对搅拌摩擦焊接装备开发的需要,基于流体力学基本原理提出了一种考虑搅拌区搅拌头受力的预估模型,在此基础上,利用商用软件Pro/E和ANSYS建立了车装焊一体化数控复合焊接装备有限元模型,通过模拟加工工况下的受力状况,对整机刚度和变形进行分析,确定复合焊接装备的最大变形部位与应力集中点,校核了焊接装备总体及部件刚度,为焊接装备制造提供了依据。

Abstract:

With  the  FSW machine  development, based on the basic principle of fluid mechanics, a kind of prediction model of the force of the mixing head was presented  herein.Using Pro/E and ANSYS, a  finite element model of the  welding equipment was established. And the machine rigidity and deformation were analyzed through simulating the processing conditions by static force, then determine the maximum deformation of the welding equipment parts and overall stress concentration points. Checking the welding machine and its components stiffness,provide the basis for the welding machine building is  provided.
