新型高阶非圆锥齿轮的设计及其节面修形方法研究

摘要:

将帕斯卡曲线和阿基米德螺线应用到非圆锥齿轮的设计中,推导了该新型非圆锥齿轮节面的数学模型。针对非圆锥齿轮设计过程中可能存在的节面尖点问题,将产形刀具的部分节面作为非圆锥齿轮节面尖点处的节面,依据产形刀具节面与高阶非圆锥齿轮节面之间的运动关系,建立了新型非圆锥齿轮的节面修形模型,开发了非圆锥齿轮的齿廓产形算法。并采用该方法对实例中的高阶阿基米德螺线锥齿轮和二次曲线锥齿轮的节面尖点进行了修正。

Abstract:

Archimedes spiral and Pascal curve were firstly used to design NBGs, the pitch surface mathematical model of NBGs was deduced. Aiming at cusp problems of pitch surface of high-order NBG pairs, a section pitch surface curve of generation cutter was considered as pitch surface lied in high-order NBGs cusp. According to motion relationship between pitch surface of cutter and that of the high-order NBGs, pitch surface shaping model of the high-order NBGs was established and generation algorithm of NBGs teeth profile was developed.  High-order Archimedes spiral bevel gear and quadratic curve bevel gear were selected as cases to verify design practicability and pitch curve shaping method of high-order NBG.
