摘要:

针对传统机械产品装配过程的信息交互性差、装配实时信息监控困难等问题,提出利用物联网技术构建物物互联的感知装配环境和装配过程运行管理体系架构以实现装配过程实时信息感知、传输和增值的目的。同时,结合Multi-Agent技术和KQML协议建立了具有开放性和可扩展性的装配过程运行管理系统,实现装配过程数字化、可视化、一体化管控,以某皮卡厂的焊装车间为例,验证了该系统的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:

To solve the traditional mechanical  product assembly  process  problems such as poor information interactivity  and difficulty in assembly real-time  information  monitoring,this paper established the sensible assembly environment based on the IoMT,and proposed the assembly process operation management system structure  to achieve the acquisition,communication and value-added for the assembly process real-time information.Then combining with multi-Agent and KQML technology, an open and extensible operation management system of assembly process was developed, to implement the digitalization, visualization, and integration control on the assembly process.Finally,the proposed system was  applied in a pickup truck's welding workshop to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.
