摘要:

研制了以数字信号处理器(TMS320F28335 DSP)为核心的磁悬浮轴承数字集成控制器,取代了一般的位置控制器和部分功率放大器环节,编制了相应的控制算法,采用试验方法研究了该数字集成控制器的静态和动态性能。将该数字集成控制器应用于五自由度磁悬浮轴承柔性转子系统,实现了转子的静态稳定悬浮和高速旋转。研究结果表明,采用数字集成化的设计方法,能够优化磁悬浮轴承的电控系统,且具有成本低、程序的可移植性强、可靠性高、体积小等优点。

Abstract:

A digital integrated controller of active magnetic bearing was developed based on digital signal processor(TMS320F28335  DSP). The controller could  take the place of the general displacement controller and some parts of the power amplifier.The corresponding control algorithm was programmed,and the static and dynamic performances of the controller were  investigated by experiments.The digital integrated controller was also introduced into five degree-of-freedom active magnetic bearing flexible rotor system,and the system could operate at high rotation speeds safely. The results show that digital integrated method possesses low cost, transportability,high  reliability,small size,and is helpful to optimize the performance of electronic control system.
