摘要:

在对车用再制造发动机进行磨合试验时发现,同一机型按同一方法磨合,其磨合质量却有很大不同。针对此问题,提出运用表面振动信号的方法进行磨合质量监测,采用小波包分解和子带能量法对振动信号进行分析;以康明斯6BT59发动机为对象对该方法进行了试验研究,证明了所提出方法的可行性、实时性和有效性。

Abstract:

It was found in the vehicle remanufacture engine running-in testing, among the same type engines the running-in quality was very different using the same method of running-in. Aiming at this problem, this paper presented a method using surface vibration signals to monitor running-in quality, and the method of wavelet packet decomposition and the sub-band energy were used to analyze the vibration signals. Taking Cummins 6BT59 engine as the study object, the feasibility, the real-time and the  effectiveness of the method were proven.
