液体静压转台倾斜油膜承载特性解析

摘要:

针对CFD数值仿真计算过程中建模周期长、计算效率低的缺点,基于各封油边当量油膜厚度思想采用解析法来研究液体静压转台倾斜承载特性,推导了倾斜油膜承载力、弯矩和刚度的计算公式,提高了计算效率。利用CFD软件Fluent对油膜进行了数值仿真,结果表明倾斜油膜承载力误差保持在6%以内,弯矩误差保持在8%以内,验证了解析公式的可靠性。利用所提出的解析方法研究了倾斜位移率、供油压力、节流孔径和转速对油膜基本性能参数的影响规律。

Abstract:

The disadvantages of the CFD(computational fluid dynamics) numerical simulation such as long period of modeling and poor efficiency of calculation were displayed. An analytical method for studying tilted bearing characteristics of hydrostatic rotary tables was proposed based on equivalent oil film thickness of each pocket margin. The formulae of load capacity, moment  and stiffness for tilted oil film bearings were derived and computational efficiency was improved. Numerical simulation for oil film was also conducted by CFD software Fluent. The results show that tilted oil film bearing load capacity error between the analytical method and CFD remains at 6% or less. Furthermore, the moment error between two methods is kept at 8% or less. The reliability of the analytical method was verified. The effects of tilted displacement rate, supply pressure, throttle aperture, rotation speed on the oil film basic performance parameters were studied by the analytical method.
