摘要:

以弧形弹簧自身变螺旋角的特征为基础建立了周向长弧形弹簧双质量飞轮静刚度理论模型。基于弧形弹簧曲线方程,根据弧形弹簧螺旋角成周期变化的特点,结合相关力学理论推导出弧形弹簧传递扭矩与总变形之间的关系(弹簧静刚度)。应用周向长弧形弹簧双质量飞轮静刚度实验台进行了试验研究,试验结果与理论结果的对比验证了该静刚度理论模型的可行性与准确性;对比多种其他静刚度理论模型,该方法提高了静刚度计算精度。

Abstract:

The static stiffness model of circumferential arc spring dual mass flywheel (DMF-CS) was established based on the feature of changeable helix angle of arc spring. Based on the theoretical equations of the spring curve, according to periodical changing characteristics of the helix angle, the relation between transferred torque and total deformation of the arc spring was figured out using related mechanics theory. Applying the static stiffness test bench of DMF-CS, the experimental study was carried out. The theoretical and experimental results were compared, which validated the feasibility and accuracy of the established model. Meanwhile, the established model was compared with other theoretical models, which show that this model improves the precision of the static stiffness calculation.
