极薄带钢平整轧制过程辊型改造方案的研究

摘要:

针对薄窄料平整轧制过程中易出现的工作辊之间辊端压靠及工作辊与支承辊之间的有害接触问题,以宝山钢铁股份有限公司
冷轧薄板厂1220平整机组为研究对象,以控制压靠影响与消除辊间有害接触区,同时保证成品机械性能与板形质量为目标,提出了一套针对极薄带钢平整轧制的辊型设计数学模型,给出了相应的辊型改造方案,并以现场典型规格产品为例,通过对比试验验证了辊型改造的效果。目前,该辊型改造方案已作为工艺规程投入现场使用,取得了良好的使用效果。

Abstract:

Against the problem that the kiss between working roll ends ocurs easily and harmful contact between working roll and back-up roll in the skin rolling of thin-narrow strip, taking the 1220 temp mill of Thin Strip Co.Ltd of BaoSteel as subject investigated,on the basis of large quantity field experiments and theoretical study, a set of mathematic model about roll shape against the skin rolling of thin-narrow strip was put forward that was aimed at controlling the kiss between roller ends,conceling harmful contact zone and asuring mechanics characteristics and shape of strip quality. In addition, a set of modified scheme of roll shape of strip was put forward,the effectiveness was proved by comparison experiments of canonical specification products.Recently, this roll shape has been used as process specification on field and has obtained better effectiveness and has created greater economic returns.
