摘要:

针对实际生产中螺旋锥齿轮主要依靠工人操作砂轮完成齿顶倒棱加工的问题,提出一种旋分倒棱加工方法。首先给出螺旋锥齿轮齿顶旋分倒棱加工原理;然后以旋分倒棱加工原理为指导,设计理论砂轮中心轨迹和实际砂轮中心轨迹生成规则,并给出计算方法;最后基于其原理和规则,建立了理论砂轮中心轨迹和实际砂轮中心轨迹的逼近模型,并通过剖析各参数对逼近误差的影响进行了有针对性的砂轮中心轨迹优化。用具体计算实例证明了螺旋锥齿轮齿顶倒棱加工工艺方法的可行性,为深入研究其加工工艺提供了可资借鉴的理论和方法。

Abstract:

According to the problem that the processing of spiral bevel gears addendum chamfering in the practice production mainly relied on workers to complete with grinding wheel, a rotational indexing-chamfering machining method was proposed. First the theory of rotational indexing-chamfering was given. Then guided by the rotational indexing-chamfering machining principles, the generation rule of theory and actual center trajectory of grinding wheel was designed, and the calculation method was given. On the basis of that,an approximation model of the error between theory and actual center trajectory of grinding wheel was established, the effects of each parameter on approximation error rule were analyzed, then optimization of center trajectory of grinding wheel was obtained. The feasibility of the machining method was proven by a specific calculation example.
