摘要:

建立了包含转向节、转向管柱及方向盘系统的转向系统模型,在转向节处输入由试验测试的加速度频谱,计算方向盘的频响函数,并基于板件的厚度或结构优化来改善频响函数。应用实例表明,该方法可以成功地解决汽车高速行驶时方向盘的抖动问题,为汽车转向系统的研发设计提供了思路,大大缩短了整车开发周期。

Abstract:

A whole FE-model of steering system was built including steering joints,steering column and steering system, and exerted the frequency spectrum of acceleration obtained by test to steering joint to simulate frequency response functions, then optimized the results based on the thickness or structures of major plates,at last tested and verified the optimization results.The example indicates that the analysis method can analyze and solve the problem of steering wheel shake successfully during the vehicle high-speed driving.Thus, the method provides an significant idea of vehicle's research and development, and shortens vehicle's development period greatly.
