往复式混输泵余隙容积对排出特性影响分析

摘要:

为了研究余隙容积对往复式混输泵液力端排出特性的影响,根据活塞运动规律和泵阀运动微分方程,运用动网格生成技术更新流体区域变形后的网格,对往复式混输泵的排出过程进行三维动态数值模拟。通过数值计算,得到了排出过程各个时刻流场的变化情况,探讨了余隙容积对腔内升压、瞬时流量和排出阀开启滞后角的影响。结果表明,在气液混合介质工况下,余隙容积的存在延长了内压缩过程,造成升压过程滞后、介质排出过程集中于压缩行程后半段和排出阀开启滞后角增大的不利影响,因此在设计、制造中应尽可能减小余隙容积。

Abstract:

To study the influences of clearance volume on hydraulic end of reciprocating multiphase pump, fluid field grid was updated by dynamic grid generation technology which was based on the differential equations of movements of the piston and valve, and the three-dimensional numerical simulation of discharging process was conducted. The flow field situation of each moment was obtained by numerical calculation, and pressure boost of cavity, instantaneous flow and delay angle of valve core opening were discussed in different clearance volumes. Results show that under the gas-liquid mixing medium conditions, the presence of the clearance volume extends the compression process. Then it causes the problems such as lag of boost pressure process, imbalance distribution of flow and the increasing of opening delay angle. Therefore clearance volume must be reduced as far as possible in the design and manufacture.
