摘要:

建立与珩磨工艺参数相关的内孔圆柱度预测模型,有利于快速确定优化的工艺参数,控制加工精度。采用二次通用旋转组合设计方法拟定试验方案,在试验基础上建立了与冲程长度、珩磨压力、旋转速度及每次珩磨量等工艺参数相关的内孔圆柱度预测模型,用Design-Expert 8.0对预测模型进行分析,优化了圆柱度预测模型。分析珩磨工件圆柱度与工艺参数的二阶响应曲面图,获得了优化的珩磨工艺参数组合。验证试验表明,基于响应曲面法的珩磨工件圆柱度预测模型是准确的,优化工艺参数是有效的。

Abstract:

It is beneficial for determining the process parameters quickly and improving the machining precision to set up a prediction model of cylindricity associated with honing process parameters. The experimental plan was designed by the method of quadratic general rotation union. Based on the experiments a prediction model of cylindricity was built, which was related with the stroke of honing tool, the pressure of honing, the rotary speed and the amount of finish. Analyzed with Design-Expert8.0 the prediction model was optimized. Quadratic response surfaces were given to exposing the relationship of the honing process parameters and the cylindricity of hole. And the optimized process parameters were decided. Some other experiments indicate that the prediction model is reliable, and the optimized process parameters are effective.
