摘要:

从理论分析、数值模拟、实验研究三个方面综述了近年来国内外学者关于电磁热止裂及其在焊接接头强化应用研究方面的进展情况。利用ZL-2型超强脉冲放电装置对含有裂纹的焊接接头进行电磁热止裂,发现脉冲放电能够遏制焊接裂纹的快速扩展,修复焊接接头内部裂纹缺陷,提高接头的力学承载性能。最后对未来电磁热焊接接头止裂强化在工程上的应用前景作了展望。

Abstract:

The recent research and development progress in electromagnetic heating crack arrest and weld strengthening were summarized from theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental research. By a pulse current generator (model ZL-2) for components, the welded joints with crack were discharged by electromagnetic heating. The test results show pulse discharge can curb the rapid expansion of welding cracks,repair the internal cracks of weld joints and raise the mechanical bearing properties of weld joints.Finally the future prospect of its engineering  applications in the welding field were reviewed herein.
