基于离散辅助闭环的轧辊偏心补偿法

摘要:

利用闭环控制原理,构建了一个辅助的闭环系统,提出了基于离散辅助闭环的轧辊偏心补偿法。在进行轧辊偏心补偿时,根据计算或检测得到的相位,通过从离散存取矩阵中读取对应的偏心补偿量进行补偿;根据控制期望值、实际输出值及原偏心补偿量对厚度的补偿影响量计算出补偿偏差,经辅助闭环控制器计算出修正偏心补偿量,并用修正偏心补偿量代替离散存取矩阵中对应相位处的原偏心补偿量,实现对偏心补偿量的滚动优化,从而改善补偿效果,提高补偿精度。通过在生产的轧机上分别使用常规偏心补偿法和基于离散辅助闭环的轧辊偏心补偿法在相同工况下厚控效果的对比,验证了基于离散辅助闭环的轧辊偏心补偿法比常规偏心补偿法更为有效、可靠。

Abstract:

An assistant closed-loop system was constructed for the compensation of roll eccentricity based on closed-loop control theory. In this system, the value of compensation could be obtained from discrete access matrix according to the phase detected or calculated. The compensation deviation, which was calculated by expected value, output value and influence compensation value of former compensation value, revised eccentricity compensation by the assistant closed-loop controller and the former compensation value in discrete access matrix. The assistant closed-loop system realizes rolling optimization, and improves the accuracy of thickness.Conventional eccentricity compensation method and eccentricity compensation method based on discrete assistant closed-loop system were used in strip mill respectively. According to the control effects under the same conditions, eccentricity compensation method based on discrete assistant closed-loop system is more effective and reliable than conventional eccentricity compensation method.
