定子偏斜角对正脉冲器压力信号的影响

Impact of Stator's Inclination Angle on Pressure Signals of Positive Pulse Generator

摘要:

为了提高随钻正脉冲测井仪的信号强度,需要对定子偏斜角角度及偏斜特性进行优化。依据计算流体力学的方法建立了不同的定子偏斜角数值计算模型,分析了偏斜角对旋转阀压力信号幅值和速度场分布规律的影响,并通过试验验证了优化结果的合理性。结果表明:定子流域特性对信号强度有很大影响,压力信号幅值随定子偏斜角的减小而减小;单边偏斜比双边偏斜的压力信号强度大。

Abstract:

To increase the signal strength of PP-MWD, considerable optimization of the inclination angle and defection characteristics were needed. Numerical simulation models for different inclination angles were developed by means of computational fluid dynamics techniques. Analysis was made to study the impacts of changing the inclination angles of stators on the amplitude and velocity of pressure signals of rotary valves. The reasonability of theoretical analysis was validated by experiments. The results show that the stator's flowing area influences on the pressure signal of logging tools by a large extent. As the inclination angles of stator decrease, the pressure signal amplitude gets smaller. The inclination at the both sides gets stronger pressure signals than unilateral inclination. Research results are instructive and meaningful to the design of rotary valves of PP-MWD.
