摘要:

针对制造服务资源在制造商搜索、获取、匹配、交易、使用过程中的多样性、动态性、离散性等特点,提出了一种云制造服务资源集聚机制与新的商业模式,建立了面向装备制造行业的云制造服务需求与资源响应模型,并采用直觉梯形模糊集匹配算法进行求解。通过某风电设备的云制造服务应用验证了该模型的可行性,研究成果为促进装备制造服务化发展提供了一种先进实用的方法和关键技术。

Abstract:

For the characteristics of diversity, dynamic, discrete in the process of search, obtaining, matching, trading, using manufacturing service resources by manufacturer, a cloud manufacturing service resource agglomeration mechanism and new business model were presented herein. Equipment manufacturing industry-oriented respond model of cloud manufacturing service requirements and resources was established and solved by intuition trapezoidal fuzzy set algorithm. Feasibility of this model was validated by an example of wind power equipment manufacturing process on cloud manufacturing service platform software application, which provides an advanced and practical method and key technology for promoting the development of the equipment manufacturing services.
