摘要:

处于保持状态下的步进电机的矩角关系呈正弦变化,这导致传统的力矩转角测试方法无法实现对步进电机矩角关系的连续测试。对此,应用力矩平衡的思想,分析力矩传动和角度传递的机理,提出一种新的测试方法来进行矩角关系的连续测试,并据此设计了一套保持状态下步进电机矩角关系的连续测试系统。实验结果表明,所得矩角关系曲线接近正弦变化,与理论分析结果相符。

Abstract:

The relation curve between the torque and angle of a stepper motor in holding status was a sinusoid, and it caused that the traditional test methods could not be directly introduced into testing the torque-angle relationship of stepper motor continuously. It was based on an idea of the torque balance, with a combination of torque-angle transmission mechanism to test the torque-angle relationship continuously. A torque-angle relationship test system of stepper motor in holding status was established with the method mentioned above. Experimental results show that the torque-angle curve is near-sinusoidal, in accordance with the theoretical analysis.
