重型汽车变速器后置副变速器换挡同步时间分析

Analysis on Shifting Synchronous Time of Rear Auxiliary Transmission for a Heavy-duty Truck Transmission

摘要:

采用理论分析、数值仿真和试验研究相结合的方法对某重型汽车变速器后置副变速器高低挡换挡同步时间进行了研究。与试验结果相比,理论分析计算结果相对误差较大,高换低挡及低换高挡同步时间相对误差分别为16%和11%;基于ADAMS的刚体模型和考虑内齿圈弹性的刚柔耦合模型仿真结果均比理论分析结果误差小,其中,刚体模型高换低挡及低换高挡同步时间相对误差分别为11%和7%;刚柔耦合模型的相对误差最小,分别为4%和3%。

Abstract:

The high and low gears shifting synchronous time of the rear auxiliary transmission for a heavy-duty truck transmission was studied based on theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental research. Compared with the experimental results, the relative errors of the theoretical analysis results of the synchronous time from high to low gears and from low to high gears are larger, 16% and 11% respectively. On the basis of ADAMS software, the relative errors of the simulation results of the synchronous time in both of the rigid body model and the rigid-flexible coupling model where ring gear flexibility was considered, are smaller than those of the theoretical analysis. The relative errors of the simulation on the synchronous time in the rigid body model from high to low gears and from low to high gears are 11% and 7% respectively, while those in the rigid-flexible coupling model are 4% and 3% respectively, which are the smallest among the three models.
