摘要:

将气路静电监测技术应用于涡喷发动机状态监控。在利用静电电压信号计算电荷信号的过程中,利用最小二乘法解决了电荷信号存在漂移趋势的问题。分析了试车过程中电荷信号及其特征参数,表明航空发动机燃烧室积碳故障能够引起静电信号特征参数出现异常变化。结合模糊数学理论并借鉴民航发动机故障图方法,建立了某型涡喷发动机试车过程中的分解决策模型,采用实际数据验证了该模型能在一定程度上解决试车过程中发动机存在的过分解和欠分解的工程实际问题。

Abstract:

A turbojet engine gas path electrostatic monitoring technology used in engine condition monitoring was studied herein. In the process of calculating charge signals by the electrostatic voltage, LMS(least mean square) can solve the problem that existed some driff trend in the electrostatic charge signals. The features of the electrostatic signals were responded for the engine combustion chamber deposits failure of the certain engine in testing process. Finally, it assumed a decomposition of decision-making model in a turbojet engine test combining the theory of fuzzy mathematics and the failure maps of the civil aviation engine. Actual data is liberal to verify the model that can solve practical engineering problems of decomposed and less decomposition in the engine testing process.
