40Cr冷滚打成形中位错密度变化研究

摘要:

为揭示40Cr在高速冷滚打中的成形机理,将40Cr宏观应力变化和位错密度变化机理相结合,得到了40Cr位错密度变化曲线;基于位错密度变化的微观组织演变模型,建立了40Cr位错密度变化模型,并验证了该模型的正确性;利用XRD实验得到40Cr在不同变形条件下的XRD图谱,结合Dunn公式求得40Cr在不同变形条件下各个晶面及晶面整体位错密度变化。通过模型验证和试验分析,进一步从微观角度解释了40Cr在冷滚打成形过程中的变化规律。

Abstract:

In order to  discover the forming mechanism of 40Cr in
 a  cold roll-beating process,the 40Cr macro stress was combined with the
dislocation density change mechanism and the 40Cr dislocation density curves
 were obtained.Based on the evolution model of micro structure about dislocation density,a  change model of the 40Cr was established and the accuracy of the model was
verified.XRD was  applied to measure spectrums in the different deformation conditions,combined with
the Dunn formula obtained from 40Cr various crystal surfaces and the
crystal surface as a whole dislocation density
 changes under different deformation conditions.By the model validation and test
analysis,the change rules of 40Cr  will be further explained from the microscopic view.
