摘要:

针对各种制造相关资源的广域共享需求,利用云计算的核心技术——虚拟化和软件即服务技术,初步构建了一个制造软件资源管理及其远程共享的云制造平台。基于VI3架构建立了虚拟机群集,实现了各虚拟机的动态管理;参考GFS结构,研究开发了一种海量制造软件资源的组织和管理方法;在.Net环境下,利用PowerShell技术实现了远程客户的基于因特网的软资源调用。针对电机设计,示例了云平台下电磁计算软件的远程共享调用过程。

Abstract:

With the requirements of wide-area sharing of various kinds of manufacturing related software,a prototype of cloud manufacturing platform was developed for the purpose of software resource management and sharing,which was mainly based on the technologies of cloud computing-virtualization and SaaS,etc.A cluster of virtual machines,which can be dynamically managed,was established on VI3 infrastructure. Similar to the structure of  Google file system(GFS),large amounts of software resources were organized and well-managed.Upon the .Net structure,and with PowerShell technology,a remote invocation of the application software was realized for the web-based remote user.Finally,for the design of motor product,the process of remote use of an electromagnetic-software  was demonstrated based on the cloud manufacturing platform.
