摘要:

针对外协加工资源参与下的产品质量—成本—时间控制是一种影响因素较多的、复杂的系统工程,建立了基于集对分析的产品规划的优化模型,其目标函数采用集对分析法将产品规划的质量可靠性、经济性和时间性有机地结合起来,使优化方案的可靠性、经济性和时间性综合效益达到最佳。将基于压缩矩阵的改进模式匹配算法用于求解该优化模型,得到最佳的产品质量—成本—时间控制方案,从而为产品各零部件选择合适的外协加工资源。最后,对三针平缝机的质量—成本—时间控制问题进行了实例分析,依据其分析结果确定各零部件的外协加工资源,结果证明了所提方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:

Since product quality-cost-time control process is a kind of complex systems engineering including involvement of outsourcing resources. Product planning optimization model was built based on SPA. In the objective function, SPA method was adopted to organically integrate reliability, economy and timing of planning scheme, and the best general benefit of optimal project was obtained. Improved pattern matching algorithm based on compressed matrix was used to solve the optimization model, and the optimal product quality-cost-time control scheme was selected. According to that optimal alternative, reasonable outsourcing resource was selected for each component. Finally, three needle lockstitch sewing's quality-cost-time control process as a practical case was provided and its each component' outsourcing resources was identified. The result shows the effectiveness and validity of the proposed method.
