首次将电轴技术应用于独立车轮中构成一种新型的电气耦合的耦合轮对型式。理论分析了新型耦合轮对的耦合能力及其影响因素,确定其耦合能力可调节。从数学上推导了电气耦合轮对的导向机理,它采用的是以左右车轮相对转角差为反馈量的主动控制技术。建立了独立车轮转向架轻轨车辆动态仿真模型,仿真结果表明:车辆导向性能方面,电气耦合轮对车辆优于独立车轮车辆,同弹性阻尼耦合轮对车辆相当;选用低速大扭矩的电机和合适的公共电阻都能有效提高车辆自导向能力。

Abstract:

A electrical shaft system was applied to railway vehicles for the first time with independently rotating wheel. A new type of coupled wheelsets was proposed by electrical coupled method. Studying coupled torques and its influence factors of this coupled wheelsets, it is true that the coupled capacity can be adjusted. The oriented mechanism of this electrical coupled wheelsets is as same as feedback control based on angular differences between two wheels. Numerical model of metro vehicles with independently rotating wheel was established to simulate the steering performance. The results show that vehicles with electrical coupled wheelsets are better than the one with independently rotating wheel,and same to the elasto-damper coupled wheelsets; low-speed and high-torque winding induction motor and appropriate public resistance can improve self-steering ability of electrical coupled wheelsets effectively.
