摘要:

设计了一种由碳纤维复合材料与金属材料组成的层状复合结构减振镗刀杆,对其静态性能和动态性能进行了有限元分析,并与普通结构的硬质合金镗刀杆进行了性能对比。结果表明,硬质合金镗刀杆具有较高的静刚度,固有频率及动刚度较低,适于载荷较大的低速镗削加工,而复合结构镗刀杆具有更加优良的动态性能,适用于高速镗削加工。

Abstract:

A boring bar made from carbon fiber composite and metal was designed with laminar composite structure.The static and dynamic properties of boring bar were analyzed by theory and inite element method,and were compared with one made from hard metal.Results show that the hard metal boring bar has higher static stiffness,lower natural frequency and lower dynamic stiffness,so it can be applied for bigger load and lower speed boring operations.But the boring bar with composite structure has better dynamic
properties,it is appropriate to higher speed boring operations.
