摘要:

提出一种由新型非圆齿轮驱动的连铸结晶器振动机构,给出根据结晶器非正弦振动的工艺特点设计匹配的非圆齿轮的方法;与实际中由椭圆齿轮和蜗线齿轮驱动的振动系统相比,该新式非圆齿轮可以同时满足结晶器在正滑动和负滑动区间的工艺参数要求,克服了现有非圆齿轮不能同时调节两个以上结晶器振动工艺参数的缺点,使得由非圆齿轮驱动的结晶器振动机构能够充分发挥出非正弦振动的优点,从而拓展了机械式非正弦振动机构的应用范围。

Abstract:

A vibrator of mold driven by a new kind of noncircular gears was presented. A method for designing corresponding noncircular gears was given in accordance with the process characteristics of nonsinusoidal oscillation. Compared with the vibration system driven by elliptical and limacon gears, the new kind of noncircular gears can satisfy the parameters during positive and negative sliding of molds simultaneously. It eliminates the defect of existing noncircular gears that two or more oscillation parameters can not be adjusted for the molds. The advantages of nonsinusoidal oscillation can be attained completely by the mechanical equipment comprised of new type of noncircular gears, which extends the application prospect of mechanical device for nonsinusoidal vibration of molds.
