为了提高复杂产品维护训练的效率,降低维护训练成本,提出了一种应用知识地图对复杂产品维护知识进行管理的方法。通过分析复杂产品维护知识的种类和构成形式,利用维护知识信息元对复杂产品的知识进行表征,并以此作为知识节点组成知识地图系统。以知识地图为基础构建了复杂产品虚拟维护训练系统,提出了基于知识地图的浏览式自学习、多媒体课程交互学习和虚拟装配训练的复杂产品虚拟维护方法,并以飞机的虚拟维护训练为例进行了系统实现与验证。

Abstract:

To improve the efficiency and reduce training costs of complex product maintenance,a method using knowledge map was proposed to manage the knowledge of complex product maintenance.By analyzing the types and composition,maintenance knowledge information cell was used to represent the knowledge of complex product and compose knowledge map system.On the basis of knowledge map,complex product virtual maintenance training system was constructed,which contained methods of self-learning by browsing knowledge map,interactive learning of multimedia courses and training practice of virtual assembly,
and virtual maintenance training of an aircraft was used as an example to implement
 and verify the method.
