摘要:

在分析现有非匀速间歇机构的基础上,提出了一种基于非圆-不完全非圆齿轮传动的非匀速间歇机构。介绍了该机构的工作原理和运动学特性,建立了该机构的运动学模型,开发了该非匀速间歇机构的计算机辅助分析软件,通过人机交互方式得出一组满足间歇机构传动的结构参数。基于该参数,进行了三维建模和虚拟仿真。该非匀速间歇机构已成功地运用于穴盘苗取苗机构的样机上,从而验证了该非匀速间歇机构理论模型的正确性和可行性。

Abstract:

A new type of non-uniform and intermittent mechanism with non-circular gear and incomplete non-circular gear was designed on the basis of the analysis of recent advances. Working principles and structural feature of the mechanism were introduced, and the kinematics model was established. The software of computer-aided analysis for this non-uniform and intermittent mechanism was developed. By human-computer conversation, structural parameters were obtained, which can meet the demands of driving. Based on these parameters, 3D model and simulation analysis of this non-uniform and intermittent mechanism were completed. This mechanism was used successfully in plug seedling pick-up mechanism, thus the feasibility of the theoretical model was verified.
