摘要:

提出一种提高重型货车侧翻稳定性的模糊PID自适应主动悬架控制策略。考虑空气悬架的非线性特性,在MATLAB/Simulink平台构建了1/2重型货车-多点随机激励路面四自由度动力学耦合模型;采用模糊推理完成PID主动悬架控制参数的在线调整,并通过阶跃转向、双移线试验分析不同路面等级和侧向加速度下车身侧倾角及侧翻因子的优化效果。仿真结果表明,该策略能在保障两轴重型货车转向能力的同时,有效提高各种转向工况和路面等级下车辆的侧翻稳定性。

Abstract:

A self-adaptive fuzzy PID active suspension control strategy was proposed to improve roll stability of a two-axial heavy truck. A 4 DOF model of half truck- bilateral track random excitation road coupled model was developed based on MATLAB/Simulink considering the nonlinearity of air suspensions. Control parameters of PID active suspension were tuned in real-time using fuzzy reasoning and corresponding improvements of roll angle, roll factor was evaluated under step steering, double-lane-change tests. Simulation results indicate that the strategy enhances roll stability under various maneuvers and road levels, while ensuring steering ability.
