摘要:

为了实现变速器箱体轻量化,对通过模态试验验证的某轻型货车变速器箱体模型进行了有限元分析,包括静力学和动力学结构强度分析。基于分析结果对箱体进行了拓扑优化设计。优化结果表明,在保证箱体刚度不变、强度变化小于5%、振动性能基本一致(第一阶自由模态减小了2.8%)的前提下,对变速器箱体的厚度、加强筋及局部进行优化,改进后箱体质量由30kg减为27.6kg,减轻了8%,达到轻量化目标。

Abstract:

In order to realize the lightweight of the gearbox housing,the finite element analysis was used to build the gearbox housing model of a light-duty trucks,which was analyzed and vertified by modal test,including structural strength analysis under statics and dynamics conditions.Based on the analysis results,a topological optimization design for the gearbox housing was carried out.The optimization results show that the mass of the improved gearbox housing has reduced 8% which is reduced from 30kg to 27.6kg,on the premise of the box's stiffness staying the same and the strength and vibration performance of the box basically unchanged.
