摘要:

针对工程机械结构复杂、分布式作业和维护管理困难等问题,提出了基于面向服务架构(SOA)的工程机械远程健康智能预诊维护系统。该系统以一套设备智能预诊算法模型库SmartAgent为核心模块,通过SOA的异构资源共享等功能来系统地实现工程机械的分布式远程预诊维护。以一个关键机械部件(轴承)的性能衰退预诊为例,采用SmartAgent算法库中基于自组织映射的性能衰退评估模型和基于威布尔失效概率的剩余寿命预测模型,系统地阐述了提出的设备健康远程预诊系统的应用流程,通过基于SOA的服务建立、发布与调用,实现了设备性能衰退的远程监控与预测,并进一步验证了该系统的有效性和工程实用性。

Abstract:

 Due to structural complexity, distributed tasks and difficult maintenance and management of engineering machineries, an intelligent prognosis maintenance system based on SOA was proposed herein. An equipment intelligent prognosis algorithm toolbox (SmartAgent) was developed and used as the core module in this prognostics system. This system implemented the remote distributed prognosis maintenance of engineering machineries based on SOA that performed heterogeneous resource sharing. Taking bearing as an example, self-organizing map-based performance degradation assessment model and Weibull failure function-based remaining life prediction model from SmartAgent were applied to implement bearing health prognostics. This paper described the application procedure of the proposed remote prognosis system systematically, where the methods for prognosis service establishment,publish and invoking based on SOA were presented. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and engineering applicability of the proposed system.
