摘要:

提出轻型客车车身结构性能的评价方法,评价内容包括白车身的刚度与强度、模态、安全带固定点强度、整车前后碰撞安全性能等方面。以某轻型客车为例,采用提出的评价方法,分析轴距加长对客车各方面性能的影响,为轻型客车车身结构设计的改进方向提供依据。

Abstract:

This paper presented an evaluation method for performance analyses of light bus body structure, including stiffness and strength, mode of the body-in-white, body interface strength of seatbelt, front and rear impact safety, etc. The proposed evaluation method was applied to study the influence of the wheelbase increase on structural performance. The results can guide the body structural design.
