摘要:

以意大利进口糖果包装机中的凸轮—连杆组合机构为研究对象,给出了其尺寸综合问题的准确描述。提出了表征衡量该机构传动质量的两个重要指标——压力角α5和α2,以及在已知连杆初始长度s20条件下,具有最优和许用传动质量的机构综合理论和方法,以及更具一般性的最小尺寸机构综合理论和方法。通过建立坐标系和引入“游动坐标轴”的概念,特别是通过提出“瞬时可行域”、“整程可行域”等新概念,给出了求解确定滚子中心容许选择区间的基本原理,圆满解决了滚子中心容许选择区间、凸轮基圆半径许用取值范围的确定问题。

Abstract:

A cam-linkage combined mechanism in an Italian candy packaging machine was researched herein, and then the scientific description was given. It was proposed that two important indices α5 and α2 which characterized and measured the transmission qualification of this mechanism, as well as mechanism synthesis theory and method with the optimal and allowable transmission qualification and the general minimum size under the condition of link initial length s20 were known.  The basic principles of determining allowable roller center zone was obtained by establishing coordinate, introducing swimming coordinate axes and especially proposing instantaneous feasible region and whole travel feasible region. Finally, the determination issues of allowable roller center zone and allowable range of cam basic radius were solved.
