摘要:

根据车辆正常起步的技术实质,结合纯电动汽车起步无需离合器参与的特点,模仿普通自动变速器车辆的自动起步功能,提出了一种纯电动汽车电机与制动器协调控制的自动起步控制方法,并对其起步过程进行了动力学分析。在此基础上,提出了一种具有坡度识别和坡度自适应起步能力的纯电动汽车电机与制动器协调控制起步策略。在MATLAB/Simulink软件平台上,搭建了起步控制仿真模型,从起步时间、起步冲击度、坡度识别精度和不同坡度起步时有无溜车或飞车现象四个方面对起步策略进行了仿真研究,结果表明,电机与制动器协调控制起步策略不仅起步时间短,起步冲击小,坡度识别精度高,而且不同坡度起步时均无溜车或飞车现象,具有较好的坡度自适应能力。

Abstract:

According to the technology essence of vehicle normal start and the typical features of electric vehicle that no clutch was involved in the start process,herein,a start method of coordination control of the
motor and brake was proposed,which imitated the automatic start function of automatic transmission vehicles.On the basis of dynamics analysis of the start process,a ramp identifiable and ramp self-adapting start strategy with coordination control of motor and brake was brought up.The simulation model of start control was established through MATLAB/Simulink,and an investigation on the control strategies was carried out via four aspects:the start time,the degree of start impact,the accuracy of ramp identification and the sliding phenomenon or coasters phenomenon during different
ramp start.The results show that the proposed start strategy with coordination control of motor and brake is endowed with short start time,small start impact,high precision of rump identification and no sliding phenomenon during different ramp start. 
