摘要:

采用试验分析和经验建模相结合的方法对硬质合金立铣刀高速切削铝合金时的切削力及其变化规律进行了研究,重点分析了切削用量对切削力的影响规律。同时通过建立切削力在不同主轴转速下的时频信号间的联系,进一步揭示切削力对切削机理、表面质量和切削效率等的作用规律。建立了基于现场的7075铝合金切削力经验模型,试验结果表明,利用该经验模型对切削力进行预测,结果精确可靠。

Abstract:

A method combining experimental analysis and empirical modeling was introduced to manifest the mechanism of cutting forces obtained from high speed cutting aluminum alloy using carbide end mill. Especially, the influence disciplinarian of cutting parameters on cutting forces was focused on. Meanwhile, the force relationship between time domain and frequency domain on different machining speed was proclaimed, which will be helpful to find the effect rule of forces on cutting mechanism, surface quality and cutting efficiency. A empirical cutting force model of 7075 aluminum was built up. The empirical force model was validated accurate and reliable comparing to milling
force experiments, so the cutting forces can be predicted effectively. 
