摘要:

采用Pro/E和ADAMS联合建模方式,在实现同步器动力学模型完整功能的基础上,建立了手动变速器换挡过程的动力学模型。使用ADAMS对换挡过程各阶段进行仿真分析,得到了换挡力和换挡位移的关系。通过分析换挡力,对手动变速器换挡难易程度做出评价,为变速器设计提供依据。仿真结果和实验结果有较好的一致性,说明仿真研究方法可行。

Abstract:

After establishing an integrated dynamics model of synchronizer,the dynamics models of shifting process for manual transmission were built by using Pro/E and ADAMS.The relationship between the shift
force and the shift travel was established by simulating each shifting process in ADAMS.The problem whether the shift feeling was diminished by hand shifting can be found by analyzing the shift forces.The results provide reference for manual transmission design.The experimental results agree well with the model,which shows that this dynamics simulation study of manual transmission is valid.
