摘要:

提出一种由定量泵、高速开关阀、插装阀、蓄能器等元件组成,实现变量功能的数字式变量泵,研究不同参数对数字式变量泵性能的影响。通过优化闭环控制,使数字式变量泵具有较小的压力波动范围和较短的响应时间,最终实现数字式变量泵最佳的控制性能。

Abstract:

A digital variable displacement pump was presented to achieve the functionality of a variable displacement pump by combining a fixed displacement pump,a high-speed on/off valve,a cartridge valve and an accumulator etc.The different parameters influenced on the performance of digital variable displacement pumps were studied.The best control performance of the digital variable displacement pump are achieved by closed-loop feedback optimal control,decreased the ripple size of output pressure and the response time.
