摘要:

为研究并联型流量式气体泄漏检测中容器容积与泄漏量之间的内在关系,解决检测中的多参数耦合问题,从泄漏检测机理出发,通过分析检测过程中的准平衡状态,把压力变化率作为搭建基准容器与被测容器间的桥梁,建立了适用于并联型流量式泄漏检测的容积补偿模型,并提取层流管流量与泄漏量关系中的容积影响因子作为容积补偿系数。实验结果验证了模型的正确性,即采用容积补偿的方法,能初步建立起泄漏量与差压信号间的线性关系。

Abstract:

In order to study the volume effects on the leakage detection results in parallel flow-measurement leakage detection, a volume compensation model was proposed by analyzing the quasi-balanced state in detection phase under the assumption that the pressure difference ratio of the base container is equal to that of the test container. Considering the volume variation influence on the relationship between capillary flow and leakage, a volume compensation coefficient was derived, which can be used to decouple the volume parameter from others. Experimental results verify the proposed model to be of validity, and a primary linear relationship between leakage and differential pressure has been established with volume compensation method.
