共享三维变换矩阵的模具工艺协同关键技术研究

摘要:

分析了网络环境下模具协同工艺设计的关键技术,对比研究了三种工艺协同浏览方案及其开发技术,提出了共享三维变换矩阵的模具工艺协同浏览解决方案,讨论了共享变换矩阵的协同浏览原理,对模具网络协同工艺会商系统中异构CAD数据的轻量化中性交换模型选择、调用及控制方法进行了研究。设计了基于新方案的模具工艺协同设计系统功能框图,采用Java 3D技术开发了模具工艺协同原型实验系统。对三维变换矩阵、工艺白板、工艺命令流等封装、组播和提取过程进行了详细描述。该技术为多工艺专家协同完成大型复杂零部件成形模具工艺设计提供了技术支撑。

Abstract:

Key technologies of the mould process collaborative design(MPCD) were analyzed under the network environment. Three kinds of process collaborative browse method and its development technologies were comparatively studied. The browse solution of sharing 3 dimensional transformation matrix was put forward. The principles of the mould model network browsing over sharing transformation matrix were discussed. A heterogeneous CAD data lightweight neutral exchange model in the collaborative process consultation system was suggested and the calling and controlling method was researched. The function diagram of the MPCD system based on the new solution was drawn and the prototype experimental system using Java 3D was developed. The three-dimensional transformation matrix, process whiteboard, process command stream multicast and information extraction were detailed. The theory and technology presented herein can provide key support for the collaborative design on the molding and forming process for complex parts.
