Cloud computing platform and cloud computing services have become the mainstream service carrier and service model of post-supercomputing era. The changes in its technologies and innovation in its service models will profoundly affect the industrial technological innovation and the development of industrial competition, and will strong promote the regional science and technology innovation and speed the pace of regional economic restructuring. This paper analyzed the necessity of building cloud computing platform to promote the innovation and development of the manufacturing sector, analyzed the architecture and key technologies of industrial cloud platform, and introduced the platform development, implementation, and typical application examples. The platform has already serviced nearly more than 100 users in Beijing, and effectively promoted the development of regional economies and innovation.
