摘要:

介绍了超高压气动吹除阀的工作原理,根据实际气体状态方程,建立了超高压气动吹除阀数学模型。采用MATLAB/Simulink进行仿真,分析了结构参数和边界条件变化对超高压气动吹除阀动态特性的影响。研究结果对超高压气动吹除阀的优化设计具有理论指导意义。

Abstract:

An extra-high pressure pneumatic blowing valve was analyzed and a mathematical model for the valve was established based on real gas equation of state. The effects of structural parameters and boundary conditions on dynamic characteristics of the valve was studied by simulation. The results of the paper is very helpful for the optimization design of the valve.
