摘要:

提出了垂直旋转式水松纸切割原理,设计了以切纸刀和切纸轮为核心结构的垂直旋转式切纸装置,研究了切纸刀刀刃曲线、切纸轮切割槽以及装置的切纸性能,通过虚拟样机仿真和试验验证了设计方案的正确性和合理性,为高速切纸机构的设计提供了新方法。该装置应用于卷烟生产中,可优质、高速地完成水松纸的切割,延长切纸刀的使用寿命,具有较高的实用价值。

Abstract:

A method of vertical rotary tipping paper-cutting was proposed and a new vertical rotary tipping paper-cutting device consisted of paper-cutting blade and paper-cutting drum was designed. The curve of cutting edge, the groove of paper-cutting drum and the performance of the device for cutting tipping were researched and the accuracy and rationality were verified by a virtual prototype simulation and experiment. A new method was provided for the design of high-speed paper-cutting device. The device was used in tobacco industry and could cut tipping paper in high-speed and great efficience.
Its life is prolonged and the practical value is great.
