Finite Element Analysis of Whirlwind Cutter of NC Heavy Crankshaft Milling-turning Combined Machine Tool

摘要:

针对数控重型曲轴铣车复合加工机床旋风刀架的结构特点,利用UG软件建立其三维模型,对旋风刀架恒流静压导轨的油膜刚度进行了计算,采用ANSYS软件建立了旋风刀架有限元模型,并进行了静力和模态分析,得到了其应力分布图、结构变形图以及前6阶固有频率和模态振型。对计算结果的分析表明:旋风刀架具有良好的静力特性和动态特性,能够满足设计要求。指出了旋风刀架结构设计的薄弱环节,并为其结构优化设计提供了一些参考数据。旋风刀架;

Abstract:

According to the structure characteristics of whirlwind cutter of NC heavy crankshaft milling-turning combined machine tool, a 3D model of whirlwind cutter was established using UG; the oil film stiffness of constant flow delivery oil hydrostatic guideway of whirlwind cutter was calculated; then, finite element models of whirlwind cutter were built by means of software ANSYS and the static and modal analysis were done, through which the stress distribution figures, structural deformation figures, the first six natural frequencies and vibration modes were obtained. Consequences analyses were carried out and the results show that whirlwind cutter has good static and dynamic characteristics and can meet the design requirements. Besides, the structure weak links of whirlwind cutter were pointed out, which provides reference data for further optimization design.
