摘要:

焊接热影响区建模是动力学分析的一个难点问题,而模态参数的一致逼近是建模及修正的一个主要目标。主要研究了钢管焊接区建模及修正过程中的两个关键问题,即目标一致逼近模型的建立和模型修正的敏感参数分析。在研究过程中,以一个焊接管接头的缩尺试样为对象,利用试验提供的测试结果,研究了这类焊接结构的模态参数目标模拟过程,使建立的模型能够同时逼近两个测试目标,即结构的模态频率和主振型,并通过影响因素计算分析该模型修正过程中需要考虑的主要敏感参数。研究结果表明,钢管的焊缝厚度、焊缝弹性模量和焊接热影响区域的弹性模量是模型修正中应该考虑的主要参数。

Abstract:

Modeling of the heat affected zone in welding is a difficult problem in dynamic analysis, while the consistent of modal parameters is a major objective of modeling and model amendment. The two key issues herein are the same approximation of the model and analysis of the sensitive parameters in model amendment. With the scale samples of a welded steel pipe for the object and experimental test results provided, the simulating process was studied so that the model can approach the two test targets, namely the natural frequencies and modes of the structure. And then the main sensitive parameters during the model amendment were analyzed. The results show that the weld thickness of the welded steel pipe, the elastic modulus of the welding line and heat affected zone should be considered as the main parameters in model amendment. 
