摘要:

针对计算机辅助工艺过程设计(CAPP)中的零件装夹规划问题,提出了一种基于模糊聚类分析的装夹规划方法。从定义特征加工元着手,建立了零件的装夹规划数学模型,给出了求解此模型的模糊聚类分析方法。从工艺决策的角度,分析了影响装夹规划中加工元聚类的加工设备、特征可进刀方向、工艺原理约束等相关因素,以此计算出了加工元间的模糊相似性。基于加工元同安装相近关系矩阵,应用编网法对加工元在不同层次上进行聚类,形成了安装实体;基于加工元优先关系图,遵循换刀次数最少原则对安装内的加工元进行了排序。最后以实例验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:

Aiming at the set-up planning problem in computer aided process planning, a novel automatic set-up planning model for the prismatic part was present on the basis of definition of machining element, and a fuzzy clustering method for solving the model was proposed. From the perspective of process decision-making, these related factors affecting the machining element clustering were analyzed, such as the processing equipment, tool approach direction, process constraints etc., then the fuzzy similarity among machining elements was calculated. A net-making method was applied to cluster the machining elements of a part in various set-ups based on the set-up similar relation matrix; following the principle of minimum number of cutter changes, the machining elements clustered in the same set-up were sorted according to precedence relationship graph. Finally several case studies show that the proposed method is feasible. 
