摘要:

根据刀具回转体的几何特点,考虑刀具运动时表面各点的速度差异性,建立了回转体的球体模型,计算了多轴数控加工的刀具扫掠轮廓线,进而获得了刀具扫掠包络面,并进行了加工过程仿真验证。算法考虑了多轴数控加工机床运动链和多轴刀具运动的速度特点,无需复杂的方程求解和数值分析,直接简单准确地确定了刀具运动扫掠体的几何表达。

Abstract:

Based on the geometric features of revolution solids and the differences of the velocity of points on cutter surface, a sphere model of revolution solid was constructed. The cutter's swept profile was determined by this model. By integrating the swept profiles, the cutter's swept envelope can be constructed,and then the simulation was carried out to verify the validation. The proposed method, taking account of machine tool kinematic chain and the velocity of cutter undergoing multi-axis, the swept volume of a flat cutter is determined straightforward without complicated equations and numerical analyses.
