摘要:

顾客需求分析是产品规划的基础。针对顾客需求偏好信息模糊、不完备的特点,提出了基于残缺语言判断矩阵的顾客需求重要度确定方法。该方法首先充分利用个体的已知偏好信息对缺失信息进行合理推断,然后通过信息集结获得群体偏好信息,进而揭示顾客需求的相对重要性。实例研究证明了该方法的有效性和易操作性。

Abstract:

Customer requirement analysis is the basis for product planning.Due to the vagueness and incompleteness of customer preferences,a method was proposed on the basis of incomplete linguistic judgment matrices to analyse the importance of customer requirements.The method made sufficiently usage of preference information provided by each customer to construct a complete preference relation.By fusing all the complete preference into the collective one,a group preference relation was obtained in
order to determine the importance ratings of customers' requirements.A practical example verified its feasibility and effectiveness.
