摘要:

根据车载树木打冰除雪装置的功能模块,应用TRIZ理论,研究了设计中存在的技术冲突和物理冲突问题。采用常规技术特性参数描述了装置适应性技术冲突和击打力物理冲突,确定了对应的TRIZ冲突矩阵,找到了创新设计的多个可行方向。运用发明原理解决了装置适应性分别与装置复杂性、运动物体质量、操控难度之间的矛盾以及控制击打力的问题,最终找到了树木打冰除雪装置设计问题的多种创新方案特定解。

Abstract:

According to the function module of a vehicle-mounted snow-remover & deicer for trees, technical contradictions and physical contradictions were analyzed based on the theory of TRIZ.The technical contradictions of adaptability and the physical contradictions of punching force were described by using some general characteristics of TRIZ. The contradiction matrices were established to find the innovation principles in order to look for the directions of creative thinking in design. By utilizing knowledge of mechanical engineering and experiences during design process, new ideas for domain solutions were generated. At last, the special solutions to the contradictions in snow-remover & deicer for trees were found.
