摘要:

提出了一种铺丝路径的优化生成算法,用以提高成形件的强度并减少复合材料的用量。首先根据构件的主应力分布选取系列关键位置点;其次沿特定方向平移这些点并拟合成曲线;然后将曲线投影至曲面得到铺丝路径;最后引入映射法生成距离曲线求解路径上的实时丝数信息。生成的路径轨迹满足:①精确通过原型值点并保持G1连续;②实现连续多层铺放。推导出了明确的路径计算公式,并以曲面实例验证了算法的简单快速性。

Abstract:

Planning fiber placement paths according to the distribution of principal stress can reduce the amount of composite materials and enhance the strength of structure. First,a series of key points were picked out corresponding to the stress distribution;second,these points were moved along a particular direction and fitted to curves; then they were projected to surfaces and generated the fiber-placement paths; at last,a mapping method was used to create distance curve for the tow number determination. The path trajectories passed through all the target points and retained G1 continuity. Further more, they were generated from offset surfaces for multi-layer placement. Explicit formulae were derived to compute paths, and the proposed method is verified to be simple and rapid with surface examples.
